DESCRIPTION
Start at the village of Krasi and visit the 2,400-year-old Writer’s Plane Tree. Afterwards, the tour will ascend to the Diktaion Andron, an ancient cave believed to be the birthplace of Zeus. Take in the incredible view of the Lasithi Plateau. Next, visit the Knosos Palace, where Zeus’s son Minos intertwined his name with the oldest civilization in Europe. Optionally, you can also visit the Heraklion Archaeological Museum.
