Payment & Cancellation Policy

Rates

All posted rates are subject to change, which may be attributed to increases imposed by hotels / tours / operators, currency fluctuation and/or fuel surcharges.

Sequence of Itinerary

Sequence of events and places to be visited may change from the order shown due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Deposits & Final Payment

30% deposit is required by booking for your reservation’s confirmation. It can be paid by bank transfer or with a credit card.

70% balance is required 14 days prior to your tour/arrival. It can be paid by bank transfer or with a credit card.

100% of the amount is required for reservations of less than 14 days prior to your tour/arrival. It can be paid by bank transfer or with a credit card.

If the funds are not paid by due date, Stagakis Grand Prestige reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellations - Refunds

All cancellation requests must be in writing. In the event that a booking cancellation is requested, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following table.

 

Day of booking - 22 days	No charge
21 - 15 days	50% of total amount
14 - 8 days	75% of total amount
7 - 0 days or no-show	100% of total amount

 

Health Requirements

Any physical or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation.

Complaints

Should a situation require that a complaint be registered, guests are kindly requested to notify us immediately via email : info@sgptravelservices.gr, using as subject the word “complaint” and our representative will contact you so as to resolve the issue, if that is possible.

Responsibility

Any disputes that may arise from the sale and use of said programs and/or other related services, must be negotiated and settled in the city, county of the Stagakis Grand Prestige. The company reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person for a tour and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason.

Any payment received will represent your acceptance of the above stated conditions.
